#1  Coordination

We will help you get better coordination and execute movements with precision and control. This improves your overall physical performance, balance, and stability. Also it reduces the risk of injury.
Moving in a smooth and efficient manner enables you to perform physical activities such as sports, weightlifting, and functional movements with ease and efficiency.

#2  Mobility Check

Mobility training involves exercises and techniques that improve joint flexibility, muscle length, and overall range of motion. Iris will help you improve joint mobility and reduce joint stiffness by stretching exercises.

Mobility is an essential component of overall fitness, as it allows individuals to perform daily activities and physical exercises with proper form and technique, which can improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

#3  Stamina Workout

Stamina enables you to perform physical activities, such as cardio exercises, endurance training, and sports, with greater ease and for longer durations. This also helps you do your daily tasks with much more ease.

We train your stamina initially with rowing, to train 86% of your muscles and train the heart-lung capacity at the same time. Improving your stamina will reduce fatigue and exhaustion during exercise.

#4  Strength training

Strength training improves your muscular strength and endurance. It can help you build muscle, increase bone density, improve joint stability, and reduce the risk of injury.

You will do exercises that target specific muscle groups. This will lift your strength to a new level, including improved physical performance, increased muscle mass, and better overall health.

#5  Strength Endurance

By combining muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, we increase your strength endurance. We train your body by applying many repetitions of low weights exercises, making the muscles to generate force continuously over an extended period of time.

By improving strength endurance, you can push your body to work harder for longer periods of time, leading to improvements in overall fitness and higher athletic performance.
