Schedule your free intake
During the try-out we are going to take you through a number of steps to create an overview of what your wishes and needs are. We will also work on a physical scan to have a proper baseline. Of course, we will keep this information strictly confidental and only share this with you.
Receive your advice
After the intake you recieve two e-mails. One is an overview from the intake where we set the baseline of the physical statement. In the second e-mail you receive a personalized e-mail with our thougths of how we like to start working out with you that fulfills your needs and wishes.
You are ready to go?
After the intake you have a good night sleep to use this for your own reflection. Then it is time to get in action and start with your first training with your dedicated trainer. Your personalized program will be waiting for you. LET"S GO AND START YOUR JOURNEY!
The hourly rate depends on the number of times you train per week. We do not have a subscription and you pay per session. Super flexible and we are sure that once you've started with us, you won't want to stop.
