Muda Academy

More people are using indoor rowing machines for full-body workouts, but the technique is often lacking, causing the risk of injury. The popularity of this fitness equipment is growing, and trainers often lack the proper knowledge to guide members safely. In response to this development, the Muda® Academy has been established alongside the MUDA®-Gym. The Olympic rowing background of the Muda twins made the development of this unique course possible. This unique and original ‘train the trainer’ course consists of two parts.

Each part includes a knowledge test both theoretical and practical. It is not necessary to complete both parts consecutively. After part 1, you will be equipped to give ergometer training in a competent and safe manner. Interested? Contact Tycho or Vincent Muda.
