Rowing workout in Amsterdam with the Muda's: let us introduce ourselves
We are Vincent and Tycho Muda, owners of the MudaGym. We developed our love for rowing at the age of 10, when a crush invited uw to row with her. This quickly grew into a 12-year Olympic sports career. Where we have challenged ourself every day for the best result. It gave us insights about how to train efficient, effectively but above all how to create a personal training setting.
Our passion for sports never wavered, and after a brief stint in the corporate world, we realized that sports played an important part in our lives. Now was the time to take this step.
A rowing workout is the best way if you want to learn how to multitask. With rowing, your arms, legs and torso learn to work together. The better that cooperation works, the better and more powerful you can row.
Coordination
It’s the timing baby! Rowing requires very good coordination of your torso and limbs of your body. With perfect timing, you can use your strength optimally, regardless of whether you are sprinting or rowing a longer distance

Connection
A superpower for every body part. The legs represent strength, pushing off from the footboard. The core stands for power, supporting both your torso and movement. The arms represent connection, linking the legs and torso.
