How we  work

To improve your quality of life, we focus on endurance, strength and strength-endurance. Better stamina helps you to recover from the workout but also from a hard day at work or when you had a great night out. Strength is important to avoid injuries and maintain your muscles, even at an elderly age. Strength-endurance keeps you self-sufficient!

Coordination

Coordination & mobility is crucial to start with before we push the body to challenge itself on a physical level. Coordinated movement is providing you better control over your own body and is key in learning proper technique to prevent injuries.

Mobility Check

Coordination is the first step we need to do in order to activated your neuromuscular system and prevent you from injuries. Beside a good technique is stretching needed for a better mobility and flexibility. Iris the alignment expert is the one who helps you to become more mobile.

Stamina Workout

Fitness training is the foundation for a healthy(er) lifestyle. Our stamina is great for many conveniences in our daily lives. To provide you with these positive comforts we start with the rowing movement. During this movement we tackle 86% of the muscles and train the heart-lung capacity at the .same time.

Strength training

Strength training is important for the body and our mental strength improves. Many people often use strength training to achieve a more toned body, but at MudaGym we are interested in the original essence of strength training. Strengthen your muscles with strength training to create a more powerful body

Strength Endurance

In addition to power strength training, we also know power endurance. It is strength training in which we apply many repetitions with relatively low weight. With this we train an athletic ability to load the muscles for a long time.
