Better stamina helps you to recover from the workout but also from a hard day at work or when you had a great night out. Strength is important to avoid injuries and maintain your muscles, even at an elderly age. Strength-endurance keeps you self-sufficient!

we like to work as a trainer from the perspective of your motivation and see what fits you. Everyone is unique which requires a tailored and personal approach. Your goal is your level of health.

Weight loss

Lose weight is a highly discussed topic which is supported by various diets and training methods. For us, losing weight, reducing body fat and getting a tighter body means a process in which your lifestyle will be adjusted. Finding the balance that allows you to keep doing everything, as long as it is moderated.

Losing weight is a long-term process and it is desired that the results be permanent. Together with sosha the dietician we guide you physically and mentally.

Injury recovering

An injury is a frustrated and painful situation that affects your daily life. However, it doesn’t mean you can’t work out! Let’s take the injury as a stimulus to let you move without pain.

As former professional athletes we are capable to find the right exercises for you. To succeed this process we work closely together with a physiotherapist.

Performance training

performance training is focused on results. As former Olympians, we have a unique understanding of what it’s like to work towards a great sports experience where you like to shine and succeed. We take this task seriously and shall train you physically and mentally for your special sport occasion.
