About me
As an Olympian it was my job to find the perfect balance on a physical and mental level. During my top sports career I noticed that only hard training didn’t help me any further. I learned in those 10 years of professional rowing that we need to be always looking ahead, focus on the proces to reach our goals and to be sure we don’t make mistakes twice. My goal is to help everyone in the process to become more efficient in their daily life by just working out.
I commit myself to stimulate, guide and support you during the trainings so that the optimal result will be achieved. Your personal goals in sports and private life are the focus here. With my perseverance, discipline and enthusiasm I make sure that the training is not only efficient but also fun.
